Pre-Day 1

I thought I'd start this blog as something to keep me motivated while i'm on my journey. I don't know how long it's going to take, but it's going to get there somehow. I'm 19 years old and currently weigh 109kgs or 240.3lbs, and 178cm tall. My goal weight is around the 65-70kgs mark. I've tried diets before, was successful but just piled the weight back on again. This time i'm motivated, and know I have to make a change.
Before I actually start, i'm going to do some pre-diet diets.. to give me a push start. Tomorrow i'm starting the 48 hour detox diet. I've done this one before and lost about 4 kgs. When this is done, i've got my birthday, so a day off there. Then i'm starting the QuickTrim diet, endorsed by the Kardashian sisters. This one lasts 14 days (burn and cleanse), and then i'm going to start the Dukan diet. I have heard many successful stories on this diet, A-listers have tried and used this one, so i'm hoping that I have a slight chance that it may work for me too.
I'll try to blog at the end of each day and let you all know how i'm going and feeling with it all. If i have anyone reading, thank you!
